We would like to request your assistance in linking our official trailer directly to the main video player on our newly approved title page. As an independent production, we do not manage this page through an IMDb Pro Scorecard account.

Hello.
I do not work for IMDb, while we await for them to answer, can I ask why you can't upload the video thru the "IMDb Pro Scorecard account" you mention?
The help page says:
"Production companies, distributors and other similar entities wishing to submit trailers, clips, or other related video for multiple titles should use IMDb Title Scorecard, our additional service which enables industry partners to easily review and update the titles they represent on IMDb. This is the best way for trusted industry partners to get their videos onto IMDb."
"To apply for IMDb Title Scorecard, fill out the Title Scorecard application form to let us know who you are, which company you represent, along with the company e-mail address attached to your IMDb user account. Once we know who you are and the company you represent, we can add Title Scorecard to your account. You will receive an e-mail confirming your new access rights with further instructions. "
