Link to external review rejected because of letter ć in URL

Hello,

I have been trying to submit a link to an external review of the film I directed, "Izlet" (Wanderlust), to its title page on IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32143936/

Issue is with the letter [ć] that appears in the external review webpage's URL: https://www.dailyentertainmentworld.com/post/wanderlust-2025-by-nenad-pavlovićThe submission gets immediately rejected because "the character [ć] (U+0107 - LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH ACUTE)  is not supported on IMDb". Therefore, I can't even get the submission reference number, due to an error.

As a long time contributor on IMDb, I have consulted every possible guide and help article. Alas, to no prevail.

Then, I contacted IMDb support team, with whom I have been in conversations for days. Still, without success.

It didn't help, since the character [ć] isn't listed as one of the HTML codes supported by the IMDb interfaces. 

What confused me is when I found out that some of my cast members have their name pages on IMDb displayed with the letter ć quite regularly. For example:

Miki Manojlović: https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm0543547/

Is there any way someone could clarify this mystery that's been frustrating me for almost a week already.
