Loads of submissions wrongly declined

I moved 28 episodes of TV from one series page to another, a couple of years ago, I later realised there was about 350 images still with the old series' tag that needed removing so they do not appear in another series' gallery. I did this in 3 batches, it's tedious work, first two lots went okay, old series tags deleted and correct series tags then added. but on the last (and final) batch, every one was declined, Please approve them so i can finish this project I've spent a stupid amount of time on.

Sorry to whomever has to fix this but it's the fault of a data editor with no clue, why do things stand a way larger chance of being declined on the late Mon/Early Tue (GMT) shift I always regret submitting on a weekend.

Also on the same series, this credit which I restored for like the 3rd or 4th time last week, keeps having the character field altered to read 'Self' only, can you block it from being altered any more times, here's my last fix to show which credit: #241108-090610-128000
