Marriage details additions still "pending" 4 days after expected publication date

Can an admin please check 250814-144846-283000 for Frank Grimes (I) nm0342200. The two marriage entries (addition of start date for existing marriage, and addition of another marriage) are still showing as pending (not even rejected due to lack of supporting info) four days after the "Estimated processing date 15 August 2025".
