Merge accounts

Hello,

firstly.  I LOVE IMDb and I'm on here multiple times a day!

I would like guidance on how to correctly request or provide evidence for merging accounts, as previous attempts have been denied.

There is two accounts for Terry Briscoe, one has his picture but zero of his work attached and the other has all of his work but no profile image.
