Merging names

I tried to merge two names but it was rejected.  (#250214-055803-76200).  The rejections said, "We did not capture a specific reason during processing."  I gave a reason, though - the photos are the same person.  If you look at the photos for Andrew Johnston(II) [nm0426526] and the photos of Andrew Johnson(XII) [nm2191975] that I provided, they are the same person (taking into account that the ones for Andrew Johnston (II) are twenty years earlier.

I should have mentioned that, although 'Andrew Johnson' doesn't have a 't', the credits for "Continuum" say 'Johnston' with a 't'.  I wasn't able to see the credits for "Last Exit".  Should I just change the credits instead of merging?  If I do that, however, that will leave no credits for Andrew Johnson (xii).

Hi @JC46 -

Just to clarify, are you certain that the credit for Last Exit was performed by Andrew Johnston (II)?

I've now seen the credits for "Last Exit" as well as the portion with actor and it is definitely Andrew Johnston (II).

@JC46 Hi-

The respective credits have now been moved to Andrew Johnston (II) and as per the other page (XII), it has been removed.

All the changes will be live on the site shortly.

Cheers!

Hi, JC46:

I wasn't able to see the credits for "Last Exit"

The film, although in poor quality, can be watched on YouTube:

The actor is credited on screen as Andrew Johnston.

Cheers!

ETA: Sorry for the blank space. I still can't embed YouTube videos on Sprinklr... 😔
