Misinformation about film release.

Hello,

Thank you for the privilege to have information on our film "In Search Of A Blessed Life" published in your reputable database.

However there’s misinformation about the film's release date, as the film has not been released yet and efforts are been made to sell the film.

We have made efforts to correct this with the following contribution codes #240903-133100-406000 and yet these changes have not been effected. The following link is to the particular title in reference. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt32646110/?ref_=ra_sb_ln.

We appreciate your immediate attention to correct this issue.

Best regards.

@Michelle

Dear Michelle,

With all due respects if your aim is to be “the most complete and reliable source of the movie” then please either do your due diligence and check, or take it from those who know. The movie "In Search Of A Blessed Life - He That Hath" has most certainly not yet been released! Your information is not “correct/factual” information. I am the Director, Producer, Executive Producer; Actor; Lyricist; and Editor on this film and I can assure you categorically it has NOT yet been released! The movie was inspired by the book “HE THAT HATH written by Dag Heward-Mills. You also incorrectly posted that Dag Heward-Mills was the writer of the movie. He was not! It was written by Kayode Ewumi! May 14th is author Dag Heward-Mills’ birthday. As part of the festivities, of the culmination of his 60th birthday celebrations this May 14th 2024, the film was previewed as a Special Screening that day, followed by a dinner and a party. The film is now about to do festivals and negotiate a distributor. I have had messages asking where it can be seen and the the answer is No Where yet. I would very much appreciate if you would remove your rather misleading message. With thanks,

Akosua Busia

Hi @Jossorfo -

Since the special screening did include a public sale of tickets, we do consider this to be a valid release of the title and cannot remove that information from the page.

If there is incorrect credit information, such as the writer credit you mentioned, you can submit the correction through our online Update form.  You can find more details on how to correct errors on our Help Guide.

I hope this helps clarify.

We did not “sell tickets” it was a church event and people contributed to the screening for a blind hospital in honor of Stevie Wonder’s appearance whose birthday it also is on May 13th and a cake was cut for the two.
