Missing Information of a Deceased Actor Brian McCardie

Hi, Prior to his death, the late actor Brian McCardie seemingly had chosen to remove his age, and his birth year still hasn't been made public on IMDb despite his death last year. Why is this still a recurring issue? I mean, once the person dies, isn't every available information supposed to be made public by default? In such a case, if by default the missing year of birth reverts to being listed, this issue can be avoided directly.
