Missing movie from 1986

I tried searching by title, then checked Mickey Rooney's credited work, then checked Candace Cameron's credited work and oddly, she has a gap in 1986 right where this should go. "Little Spies" is a Disney television movie from 1986 starring Mickey Rooney. Rooney plays a World War II hero turned hermit who helps a group of neighborhood kids rescue their dogs from a kennel run by a dognapper. The movie aired as an episode of The Disney Sunday Movie and also featured Candace Cameron Bure, Peter Smith, and James Tolkan.
