Mistake? Contribution declined-does not meet contribution guidelines

I made a contribution of myself as an actor in a project and included a call sheet and screen shot of myself in the project. It came back as "Does not meet contribution guidelines. Your contribution has been declined." I see someone else had a similar problem and you correct it. Could you tell me how I can correct mine? Thanks.

Hi brettnyny-

Thank you for posting the reference! After reviewing, this was rejected because as per our guidelines, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes the person appears on/has worked on and not the series parent page.

You are welcome to re-submit the credit to the respective episode or episodes with the supporting evidence.

For further detailed information and instructions on how to add episodic credits, I encourage you to review our following Help Guide. You can go to question #4: 'How do I add an episodic credit?.'

Cheers!

Well, this is a vertical short drama, and it's listed as only having one episode, but fine, I'll resubmit as if it's for episode 1

OK, I see where I can automatically populate the episode number. But now I've tried to update several times, and after uploading a couple pieces of proof, I click "Check these updates". It spins a while then clears the screen except for the "Updating information for "[SHOW TITLE]" and the Check these updates button, and it's totally frozen. But it doesn't look like it's been submitted. I tried numerous times on both Chrome and Safari. Any suggestions?

@brettnyny - You can try adding the credit through the episode directly instead. You will just add your name page, role/character name and attribute (if necessary). You can also provide the evidence on the explanation box.

I keep trying and I figured out how to add the episode, but it's hard to get the website to accept my submission...it's SUPER buggy. Can you please help? I have callsheets and a screenshot from the show. This is SO difficult.

@brettnyny - You need to submit this through the contribution and once submitted, we will be able to review it.

I encourage you to review our following Help Guide. You can go to question #4: 'How do I add an episodic credit? for a further guide on how to add the credit.

If you already have submitted the credit to the episode with the supporting evidence, you can post the new 18-digit submission reference number below.
