Movie rating is wrong, we have a 7 plus rating and it is showing 2.1

I have looked at other movies and their unweighted average is almost the same as their rating of their movie out of 10. Lumina is the only movie that has a 2.1 rating when many fans that saw the movie voted for the movie, the rating has not been updated and still has 2.1 when it should be over 7 from the audience, real votes. Also those 1 star ratings were bots, my friend who works in IT for the government said those are bots doing reviews on our movie. Why is imdb counting bots and not our real votes for the movie?

Hello ginmackoy, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our voting system already detects and defeats attempts to stuff the ballot and skew the rating, as demonstrated by the difference between the weighted average and the arithmetic mean on the vast majority of titles in the database. @Fran well you should investigate the 1 ratings that were happening every 2 days, that was stuffing the ballot.. we had tens of thousands that saw the movie and a lot voted, now it is not showing please investigate and correct our rating, the fake 1 ratings are hurting our movie thank you
