Music video removal

So I’ve reached out multiple times to IMDb trying to remove myself from a music video that I don’t want to be associated with. I’ve tried just doing it on IMDb pro and it won’t get removed. Then I sent something to IMDb support and they never responded. Is there something I’m missing?

We list credits based on the original credits for the title, as such it cannot be removed even if the production were to retrospectively remove your credit from the title. Furthermore, we regret that we have not been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction, or take the actions you have requested regarding information listed on our site.
