My associate producer credit is in the wrong category

Hello. I was originally hired a production manager on Iyanu, but I was promoted to associate producer. But my credit on my page is showing under the production manager category instead of producer. I'm in the producer category as an associate producer for Stillwater, so I'm requesting that the two credits match. I couldn't find where I could request a category change. Can please someone help me?

In order to make a correction to your credit, please refer to the instructions in our Help guide. You will need to verify your new job title as credited on-screen or with other required forms of evidence if the title is unreleased.

Hi, Ozzy. Can you please direct me to where I can change the category itself? I've corrected credits before, so I know how to do it. But the category change is not clear. Thanks.

It is mentioned in the frequently asked questions of the help guide linked above:

I can't see how to change the role performed on a Crew credit

It's not possible to use the Credit correctionfunction to change the crew role performed (e.g. changing department from "additional crew" to "assistant director").

To do this, you need to submit a delete for the credit, and then re-submit a new credit in the correct department. When submitting the deletion for the wrong department, make sure to use the explanation field to tell our editors what your intentions are as this will help in reviewing the request.
