My award nomination and win have not updated

I have submitted a Children's and Family Emmys award nomination and a Canadian Cinema Editors Award win, but neither have updated. I think I submitted enough evidence to support both. There reference numbers are:

I have checked the submissions and they were not correctly submitted. Nominations/wins for a specific episode(s) should be applied to the overall series page, and the name of the episode(s) should be added to the supplementary information (e.g. 'For episode "Winter is Coming"').
