despite following Mini-Biography rules... I've reloaded from history each time, added explanations, and ensured it's first-person neutral..No specific feedback provided.

Thank you for posting the reference! The reason why this contribution is being rejected is because the mini-bio is much shorter than the one live. As per our guidelines, for mini-bios:

It is our policy not to remove biographies in their entirety, unless we receive an updated or amended version of a similar length

You are welcome to re-submit once this has been fixed.
