My credits are wrong, I've tried correcting them many times and you always deny them

For a number of years now my credits have been wrong as someone else added them. I have attempted numerous times to correct them and each time you deny them.

More recently I tried to add a new credit from an episode of a TV series that just aired and you still deny it.

What can I do about this?
