My Credits Keep Getting denied

Hi all, I'm not too sure what to do or what I am doing wrong.  I was in 3 episodes of a show and I am only listed for 1 episode.  I have tried to add my credits by editing the page and Add Credit, but then it gives me a warning that "I am trying to add a credit for a show that is done".  So then I write an explanation.

I was in 3 Episodes. Just like Preston XXX (my real life brother. We both play the young kid versions of the main characters. We are both in 3 episodes. Preston is listed for 2 (not 3 for some reason) but I am listed for only 1. (Episode 1, Episode 3 and the Last Episode).  If you provide me with an email, I can send you the official agreement from production for each of the three episodes. We need this to be reflected on his profile, please.

This is the reply I get DECLINED:

Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided.

If your submission was placed via the IMDb.com Desktop title or name page submission form, you now have an option to provide evidence with your additions, as well as corrections or deletions. The field will become available in the submission form. Please include evidence, or provide a URL which contains supporting evidence within this field.

How can I get this fixed?

Put up the 18 number submission code.

So can some admin look and tell you what you are doing wrong.

@CammyActs Hi-

The 18-digit reference number is the submission number you get on your confirmation email when you made a contribution to the site. This reference number you can find it on the top right corner of the email.

You can also see these 18-digit submission reference numbers on your 'Contribution History' from your account.

For more detailed information and examples, you are welcome to review our following Help Guide.

If you have further questions, let us know!

Cheers!

So I am trying to add my son (Cameron Gordon Norris) in the episodes he was in.  He was in 3 episodes, playing the kid version of the lead.  He played Kid Vince.  He was in Episode 1.1 - 1.3 - 1.5.

Currently he is only listed in Episode 1.3.  How do I get them added as there's a difference between 1 episode and 3 episodes.

#240619-154027-061000 and #240619-153730-287000

Thank you everyone for your help.

@CammyActs Hi-

Thank you for posting the submission reference numbers! I have taken a look at these two and I can see that they have been rejected because of lack of supporing evidence.

In this case, I encourage you to re-submit them and include the respective supporting evidence.

In order for our editors to verify these information, additional supporting evidence needs to be submitted within your contribution. Depending whether the person is credited on screen or not, the guide below mentions which types of evidence can be submitted and how to submitted.

For further information, you are welcome to review the following guides on How to add episodic credits, and How to submit supporting evidence for a credit submission?

Cheers!

@Maya Thank you so much.  Does the memo deal from the Union with the episodes he is in count as evidence?  How do I upload it as part of my submission?

Hello CammyActs,

A screen grab from the onscreen credits is the best evidence that can be provided, if the person is not credited you can add the credit as "(uncredited)", please take a look at our  How to submit supporting evidence for a credit submission? help article.
