My feature film and spam ratings from sri lanka

Greetings,

My feature film "outdoor School" has received 67 ratings of 1/10 from Sri Lanka, a country where my film has not played or been available. This is also almost twice the amount of all other ratings (which are mostly 10s with a few 9s and 8s). It's clearly some type of spamming/bot situation. Can you assist? Is there a system in place to catch this when it happens?

Thanks,
