My film is incorrectly listed as a documentary, and our attempts to change it keep getting denied

Hi community!

I'm a filmmaker having some issues changing the genre of my film  - it was incorrectly listed on iMDB as a documentary, but it is a fiction film. We have tried 3 times to change this, providing URL web links evidence showing that it is not a documentary, but they keep denying it. It's really frustrating, and we wish we could just speak to a person about it.  Any help at all would be appreciated, we don't know what to do.
