My film's user ratings have disappeared

Hi there. My film had a public world premiere at a film festival in June of last year. I listed this release date as a premiere on IMDb and many people left genuine ratings/reviews.

The film was released on streaming today (Feb 14). I recently added this second release date to the title and this made all the previous ratings disappear. Is there any way to get these back? These were from many actual people who saw the film at the festival. This would help with the visibility/perception of the film.

Thank you. This is the title in question: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13080474/?ref_=nm_flmg_knf_t_3

@bighugpictureandsound It is not the second release date which made the ratings disappear, but the presence of the "(premiere)" attribute on the first release which must have recently been added. It is too early today for the rating to be displayed for a release today, but they will appear within the next eight hours or so.

Hope this helps.

Thank you! Just to clarify, will the older ratings from the premiere show up again or will they all have to be new ratings?

@bighugpictureandsound The old ratings will be counted along with the new ones.
