My goof deletion contribution keeps getting declined for no reason

Hi,

I placed the same "goof deletion" contribution in the following updates:

#250105-234542-818000

#250110-003035-725000

It's been declined every time.

In "Thank You For Smoking" (https://www.imdb.com/it/title/tt0427944/) there's this entry:

I'm trying to delete the first one, but.. IT KEEPS GETTING DECLINED!

Why is this?
