My plot summary contribution of "The diplomat" ( #250521-151558-808000) was declined saying "unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided." I accept the decision and I am not asking for a "relook".  I feel that the live "storyline " available  could have be used for this verification. Also the synopsis if available can be the basis of such verification in other cases. I will be happy if this could be clarified as to what information could be provided in such cases.
