My request is continuously being denied.

i want to add the credit on my boss profile.

i am his employee and his name is John Yoo (XII)

we want to add "Queen Woo" to his producer credit 

we prepare to Korean Credit. 

but our request is continuously being denied. 

and you said "Does not meet contribution guidelines.

Your contribution has been declined.Please review our submission guidelines."

but i believe i have complied with the guidelines.

Do i need any additional supporting documents besides the Korean credits

i want to know the reason.
