My review isn’t posting

My review isn’t posting for some reason. First of all, my original review got deleted for some reason and not by me. Not sure why, it didn’t break any rules or have any bad language. It was approved by you guys and was up since last month but isn’t there anymore for some reason. No notification ir anything, just gone. That’s ok but now I’m trying to post a new review and it’s not posting. My contribution number is #250210-120957-991204. Please help! Thanks you.
