My trailer is not successfully uploading via the scorecard

I have tried several times on my computer, using both Edge and Chrome. After reading some other posts, I tried on my Android smartphone. It successfully uploads, however when it processes, all attempts have the same error message - There was a problem handling your video file. We recommend you delete this video and try your upload again. 3.16GB, mov file. Would any community members be able to provide me with some ideas of how to get around this problem.

Thank you @Michelle . The upload progresses smoothly - no problem. I ensured my browsers were updated to latest versions and tried again. The same error message appears, encouraging me to delete the upload and try again. The file is under 10GB, its length is 2m41s, 25fps, .mov format. Any further suggestions? Thank you, Matthew
