Name correction not updating, despite evidence

Hello there. I noticed that something happened when trying to correct a crew member's name. For animator Amber Martorelli, it claims that all of her Pixar film credits are credited under her original name of Amber Rudolph, which isn't true since Martorelli (her real name) is her last name that is credited as per the credits of all of the films she worked on for Pixar. While they approved the edits, since I did use photographic evidence from some of the film credits, it didn't get updated and still showcases "Rudolph" as her credited attribute for her Pixar credits, which isn't the case (she is only credited as "Rudolph" on her VeggieTales and Blue Sky credits prior to joining Pixar). Please help.

I actually have another issue. When I was correcting for actor Jeff Garcia, I removed his attribute of "Jeffrey Garcia" for a few episodes of Jimmy Neutron and Back at the Barnyard, since in the credits, he is just credited as "Jeff" rather than "Jeffrey" like in every other episode (and his entire resume in general). However, even when I included proof from credits screenshots, they declined my corrections because, of course, "unable to verify" despite evidence. Please help me. The link I sent you is actually another submission, the other submission (that contained credits screenshots) was already declined.
