name merge declined

#241216-021527-754000 I have tried to merge 2 Richard Coles accounts because they are the same person. At first I thought it was because I got the merge order wrong but I tried the correct suggested way but it was still declined for the following reason:- Reason Unable to verify. Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution. I have another Name Merge request pending to merge another Richard Coles account and I'm sort of expecting this one could be declined as well. #241216-081046-773000 What can I do to resolve the issue?
