Name page no longer gets main photo reassigned after leaving IMDbPro

Hello, almost every cast member in my movie We Put the World to Sleep (including myself) has a random photo assigned as main profile image to their name page, even though we're not on IMDbPro, as I know the IMDb policy is. Except lead actress Duru Yucel, who had an IMDbPro account, but now when she canceled it, no random photo was reassigned to her from the ones uploaded to the movie's page.

She emailed IMDb, and received a response that she cannot have a picture without an IMDbPro account. But she was assured a while ago that in case she cancels her Pro account, a random photo from the ones available on the movie's page will be reassigned to her. What's happening, did you change policy? 

If you did so, it's absurd, it means you're punishing people for joining IMDbPro. I, for example, now have a random photo assigned for free from one of my movies. If I join IMDb Pro for a month and change it with a headshot, and then decide to cancel IMDbPro, am I left with no profile photo, ever? Then I should avoid ever rejoining Pro, just to keep my free image.

Duru Yucel had a free photo assigned to her profile before she joined IMDb Pro, selected by IMDb staff from the ones uploaded to the movie's page. After joining Pro she replaced it with a headshot, and now that she canceled Pro she's being told that she can't have a random photo anymore, even though almost everyone else who's not on Pro has one. 

Please solve this and designate a main profile photo for her from the ones tagged with her name on the movie's page. Thank you!
