Name Split Didn't Split the Credits Properly

I created a page for Kikka (Japanese model/actress) and it first attributed it to a page of a Finnish artist so I sent in a name split request. But when they split it they kept all the Finnish credits applied to the Japanese actress' page (even though it's really obvious where each credit should've gone). On the name split request I didn't see any option to individually indicate which credits go to which person so what do I do about this?
