Name split: Scott Abbott the Canadian board game designer vs. Scott Abbott the American screenwriter vs. Scott Abbott the American scholar
My name split contribution was declined for some reason. #250905-043238-784000 Anyway, I went back to the drawing board and realized there was in fact a third Scott Abbott that I had missed. Scott Abbott on IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0008053/ The name page for Scott Abbott (the screenwriter) includes a credit (as 'self' in "I Love 1980's" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283739/) that is meant for Scott Abbott (the board game designer) and another 'self' credit (in "The Sonosopher: Alex Caldiero... in Life, in Sound" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1764693/) that is meant for Scott Abbott (the Utah-based author and scholar). These are not the same people. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Abbott https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Abbott_(screenwriter) Scott Abbott the scholar doesn't have a Wikipedia page, but he has his own website. https://www.scottabbottauthor.com/about https://www.scottabbottauthor.com/we-a-friendship (The second link mentions that Abbott the scholar had written a book about Alex Caldiero, the subject of the documentary). There are three other Scott Abbott name pages on IMDb, but none of them appear to belong to board game Scott Abbott or author/scholar Scott Abbott. One of them is an actor (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9205405/), another one a props assistant (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm16978550/) and the remaining one has no credits whatsoever (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm17657024/).
