Name Tags on Photos
When you add a Name on a tag on IMDB does it go on their IMDB Profile. Like for the actor and actress. Because for some images people are tagged on it and the photo is not on their profile. I was just wondering if they are meant to or able to go on their profile.

No, these images are not visible on name pages only on the title pages. This is because only the name page owners can add/update images to their pages. For this, an active IMDbPro membership is required and a claimed on the name page to display photos.
For further information, you can review this on our Image FAQs and look under question, I tagged a name on my title image, but it doesn't appear on the name page - why?.
