Need a contribution deleted for error in data

can i get a staff member to decline with intent - 250814-165347-630000 for bad data. Not sure how the data got scrambled, but I submitted a second contribution that corrected the data, that one is valid and true. 250814-165647-343000 -- this one is the correct one. 630000 has bad data.
