Need a quick bit of info from staff.
A new season of a series started so I tried make a newly released official poster for that season, the shows primary image on the series page since the old one is years old and includes cast that aren't even on the show anymore, but it was declined as 'Does not meet contribution guidelines'. There appears to be no difference between the past primary posters and new poster in style or size that would warrant that response. So can you tell me what is wrong here because I cannot figure it out.

Thanks.
Edit for a secondary issue.
I corrected some credits to look exactly as they do onscreen specifying why its like that, it was approved then they were altered back. So I submitted again with same explanation and it was declined as 'badly formatted'. I cannot keep up with the site rules that seem to alter each week on some things, are credits onscreen meant to be exactly written or not.
Look carefully at these (timestamped video links included) because either the data editor got lazy and made an assumption without looking into it or why its listed that way. Also the 'credit only' thing is wrong, I provided a timestamped proof that said person appeared for 2 seconds.

Again, look carefully at what's written exactly onscreen (they are playing a scripted version of themselves playing a portrayal of an in-universe real person in a movie and that's why it's written that odd way onscreen) and my explanation of it before deciding anything, I'm aware of the rules regarding aliases, this isn't an alias, also if I'm in the right, please stop them being changed back into something that misrepresents the role.
I'll abide by whatever is decided but I think this is a unique case.
Thank you.

Hi @VonPunk -
For the primary poster issue, the change has now been made for the current season as you requested. We do have a guideline that @Peter_pbn mentioned indicating that our preference is for the first season poster, however, we are flexible and reviewing this guideline.
For "The Boys" episode credit correction, I confirmed the correct formatting for dual roles includes the "/" between the characters played, so this credit is listed correctly with the character name "Will Ferrell/Coach Brink".
I hope this helps!
