Need feedback for recent photo change

Hello! No issues, just need feedback. The General Hospital primary photo has been outdated for almost two years now and I was seeing if it could be changed. When I did try to change it, it said that it was rejected due to guidelinees, which I completely understand. I was just wondering what that guideline was? 241219-014550-808902
