Need help with posting a credit that says "Cast Complete"

Hi! I'm trying to add myself as an Actress for a show - it says I can't because the cast list is complete and wants to put me as uncredited. This must be a mistake? I'm very much in the episode, I was not cut (have proof) - I have scripts with my name, booking sheets, call sheets. How can I fix this so I can add my credit. Thanks

Hi ! Here is the information: “The Haunted Museum” (2021) Dollhouse of the Damned (#1.1) Actress name: Magdalena Barys Character name: Kristin Kray I tried to make a contribution but that’s where it said “cast complete” and offered it as uncredited - but I definitely am due a credit for this role. I saved the reference: 250403-183629-383200 If you need any sort of proof I have everything from a copy of the episode on my computer to scripts with my name and call sheets. Please let me know what you need. Thanks!

Indeed the episode credits don't include a credit for you, so you should be submitted as "uncredited".
