Need Quotation Marks in Film Title

The title of our short film is a direct quote from somehow in the film - "Get the Jew." We tried to submit it like that, but IMDb rejected the quotes and has it listed only as Get the Jew, which entirely changes the connotation of the title. The film is against anti-semitism, but the way it is written now, it seems in support of it. Is there a way to add special characters to the title of films?
