Need staff help on the usual gubbins

First, #260805-133049-025000 - Guy had two different producer credits, even tho they are completely different and added at same, one was declined as a duplicate.

Second, #260806-021751-988819 - Image declined as 'badly formatted' but it's a straight full screenshot (from a Flir heatvision camera) taken from the 25m50s mark of the episode.
