New primary poster issue

Hi IMDb team I have an issue with my films page where I have added the official poster and it says it's the primary image but it's showing the coming soon poster on the page and also says it's the primary image too. Can someone help change it please? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33568303/?ref_=mv_close Thanks, Nicole

Hi NicoleSarahFry- Thank you for posting the information! Taking a look, the primary poster has now been changed and the changes will be live on the site shortly. For further references, you are welcome to review our following Help Guide for detailed instructions on 'Modifying an existing primary poster:' https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/how-do-i-update-my-poster/GA8N34CWGUMJJM98?ref_=helpart_nav_5#modifyingPoster Cheers!

Hi Maya Thank you so much for changing that. I really appreciate it. I also have the same issue with my film Desires & Delusions, where two images say they are the primary. Film Page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15557502/?ref_=mv_close The primary poster should be this one: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15557502/mediaviewer/rm1686528001/ It should be the one of the portait with the blue background. Could you also change this one for me please? Thanks again, Nicole

Thank you so much. Sorry, just to check. Why is The Lace poster quite small on the page compared to my other films? Was the file not big enough? Also, the Desires & Delusions poster hasnt updated yet. Is that something that takes a few minutes to show? Thank you Nicole

@NicoleSarahFry- It displays as such when title has no trailer, which is why you can see the others a bit bigger to adjust with the layout of the trailer next to it. Yes, the updates take a few minutes or a bit more time but should be updated shortly.

Hi Maya Sorry to message again. The desires and delusions poster still hasn't changed. I know you said it would be a few mintues but has been alsmost 24 hours since you made the change. It's still saying both are the primary image. This is the poster we would like as the main one: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15557502/mediaviewer/rm1686528001/ Thank you Nicole

@NicoleSarahFry- Hi, No worries! This poster is already set as the primary poster on the title page. If you click on the poster image on the title page, you can see that it takes you to the one you pointed above. If the other poster is a duplicate, you can report it as a duplicate. Further information can be found here: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/how-do-i-report-a-photo-issue-to-imdb/GWV4BLHUN67M55G7?ref_=helpart_nav_6#

Hi Maya It's saying it's the primary image but this is the one that is showing on the page of my film: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15557502/mediaviewer/rm4135258369/?ref_=ttmi_mi_12 I don't understand why it hasn't changed to the one that says it's the primary image.

@NicoleSarahFry- I see that you were seeing the primary set for the UK, this is why you were not seeing this one (rm1686528001) even though it was already set as the primary. Can you refresh and confirm if you see it now?
