Nickname removal request

Hello - My contribution case # is 260406-170603-972000.

I'm an executive and share a name with a British talent.  I'm trying to separate the confusion between us so I requested his nickname "Dj Devstar" be removed from my IMDB page.  The request was rejected as the system said they didn't capture a reason.  I added the reason in my comment on the request.  Could you please advise on how I should proceed to address this?
