"Nightwish: Vehicle of Spirit" two concerts released on one DVD-box: How to add?

Two independant concerts were release on the DVD "Nightwish: Vehicle of Spirit". One was recorded in Finland, the other in the Wembley Arena.

Each concert has its own title and end credits. The crew are half the same and half different people.

The title "Nightwish: Vehicle of Spirit" is only on the DVD-box and nowhere in the credits or titles of the recordnigs.
