No matter what I do, changes to film festivals awards won't post. Frustrating.
Hello,
I have had immense trouble updating the IMDB pages for festivals at which my screenplays have won awards. One has caused exceptional problems, with many attempts to post the win. It's for my screenplay, The Farm, at the Chatham-Kent FF.
Latest attempt: 251223-151410-992000
previous attempts:251210-154825-220000251130-174845-517000251117-083847-103000251108-122531-279000251031-034405-412000251027-022654-544000
AND
There are others. This appears to be a pattern.
This one, for example, for best feature screenplay for "Haven", at Oil Valley FF:
251130-174054-306000
And then there was this one, which was submitted and appears on the project page, but is NOT attached to my name, weirdly. It's a bizarre omission, and I checked the submission - it did include my name.
251223-142806-374000
Please indicate to me how I can have these processed. All changes to my submissions recently seem to be rejected for no apparent reason. I haven't had updates properly processed in quite some time.

Hello CraigU
I have checked your submissions:
251223-151410-992000 and 251130-174054-306000: They were not correctly formatted. The Award name should detail what is being awarded (e.g. Academy Award, Primetime Emmy, Certificate of Achievement, Jury Prize, etc) whereas the Category name is the specific field in which the award is being given (e.g. Best Picture, Best Visual Effects, Best Supporting Actress, etc)
251223-142806-374000: We reflect award listings as per the official source, this means if you were involved in a title which has won an award but the award listing does not specify you by name, you are not eligible to be attached. However, as your name is not mentioned in the official source, we are unable to add this to your name.
