No updating for a serie after three times

Hello,

I worked, as an actor, in THE ASSASSIN directed by Lisa Mulcahy, last september.

Since few months, I tried to put my name on the actor's credit.

The name changed: when we were shooting it was THE HERMIT.

It is the third time that I sent a message but nothing happened. And I just saw that many actors are on the list since few days.

Is there a problem?
