Non-Adult Title Still Caught in Adult Filter

This HBO documentary special is still caught in the "adult" filter, even though it is not even remotely a pornographic film: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1144481/ I posted about this special's false "adult" label previously (https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/imdb-wont-let-me-remove-the-false-adult-label-from-an-hbo-documentary-special/67ab8b84d96a6b465e6c252a) and the false "adult" label was removed, yet the title is still caught in the "adult" filter. It doesn't show up in searches unless you enable adult matches, and images can't be added to it.

@Maya This film - which is splatter horror, not pornography - is also still being caught in the "adult" filter: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0141459/ I keep removing the false "adult" filter from this film's IMDb entry and someone keeps re-adding it. I removed the "adult" label from it again yesterday, but the film is still caught in the "adult" filter, despite no longer having "adult" listed as one of its genres. This is, again, a well-known underground splatter film that's purely intended to be shocking and disturbing, not pornographic: https://massacrevideo.com/site/?product=tumbling-doll-of-flesh-standard-dvd
