Not able to change movie cast sequence

Question

The option to change the order of the movie cast is not showing on IMDb. Does anyone know how to change it? Please guide.actually producers do not know who created this page and they wanted to change the sequence of the cast. Currently, the actors in supporting roles are listed first, while the lead actors are credited below.

The on-screen order in TV-Series should be set or changed for each episode, and not on series level.
