order numbers declined as Duplicates despite evidence & explanation

I submitted edits to add the order numbers to actors' names but it was declined as Duplicates, I had attached screenshots of the end credits and an explanation of why the characters' names weren't included because there is a previous submission to add the character's names still pending...
