Outline rejected as it "Does not meet contribution guidelines"?

I've submitted a new English outline for https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098796/ as the current one somehow only relates to events in episode 7. However, it was rejected as it "Does not meet contribution guidelines". I've carefully read through the guidelines but I can't understand how it doesn't meet them, unless my outline is considered to include spoilers but then how do you write "a brief description of the storyline" without any spoilers whatsoever? This is my submitted outline (and yes, I've written this myself, not copied it from somewhere else): "Outside of Stockholm, Hamilton takes part in the top secret underwater operation Big Red. Soon after, Soviet spy Stig Sandström escapes from Sweden. Meanwhile in London, a defected Russian agent claims that Hamilton works for the Russians." The contribution number: #250828-203902-200000
