Parent's guide voting is missing, on ALL titles, that have no manual descriptions.

Then you have to add a sentence with words describing something in one of the categories, Profanity, Violence etc, the categories are ONLY on the edit sidebar.

Then you have to wait until that edit/contribution is approved and live on the site, 

and only then when you come back will the categories be visible to vote on on the Parents guide.

This also applies to OLD titles, I have gone in an added for example profanity words used.

And after that got approved, suddenly a lot of previous votes became visible.

After this fault started happening apparently also old cast votes were hidden, unless there is one sentence written in the guide.

Just went into the advanced search and found a random Music Video you can test on yourself if you wish:

Just add a sentence about there being no nudity.
And see what happens and how it looks after that has been aproved.

To the technical staff:
This is an easy way for you to recreate the problem in the live environment also, 
just find a random Music video, (because they are short to watch to find something to add to parents guide on that title and they are available to watch on youtube)
