Part of my amendment submission got rejected.

Hello to whomever reads this:

Part of this submission (#260407-221507-271000) I made got declined regarding rating certifications. Both were given sources to accompany the reasons, but only the one regarding the Australian rating went through. The other got shot down because it "did not meet contribution guidelines" in spite of what I provided.

As I said on the submission, the title in particular has notorious amounts of disturbing content that makes this very firmly out of PG-territory, and I provided sources there as well. If anything, check these reviews out and you'll see what I mean. As such, please reconsider this decision.
