But on his page there is no photo! Why can't this photo be used as his profile picture? Also, I write reviews under the pseudonym NestorTheGreat (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur54687345/?ref_=nv_usr_prof_2), but I am Nestor Lucas- the actor with three credits (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm8358592/?ref_=mv_desc). I can't seem to join accounts. My full name is Nestor Andres Lucas (as it appears in Casting Networks, LinkedIn and Facebook). How do I prove it's me?

Hi n_stor_lucas- In these cases, only the page owners can add/update images on their profile. For this an active IMDbPro membership is required and a claim on the IMDb name page to display photos.
