Photo manipulation not allowed (?) - Dusty's Trail

Based on this thread (https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/data-issues-policy-discussions/photo-manipulationadding-stuff-to-photos/6810123a244f5d4b8ed6cf86 ) I thought photo manipulation is NOT allowed. Therefore I tried to delete this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069577/mediaviewer/rm397945344/ My contribution was declined. I think it shouldn't have been.
